Qualifications

 

Tutors, counselors, nurses, speech, and PT's must hold appropriate DESE/board licensure.

 

Details:

  • The ESY program runs July 6th through August 13th, 2026.
  • Academic Maintenance Tutors Gr K-12. 10-20 hrs per wk (M-Th) for 4 weeks
  • BCBA 16 hrs per wk (M-Th) for 6 weeks
  • Speech & Language Pathologist 16 hrs per wk (M-Th) for 4 weeks & 8 hrs per wk for the last 2 weeks
  • PT 16 hrs per wk (M-Th) for 4 weeks & 8 hrs per wk for the last 2 weeks
  • Nurses (RNs and LPNs)16 hrs per wk for 6 weeks
  • There is a 1 hr virtual orientation meeting TBD; mandatory for all
  • Rates of Pay: $38.75/hour __- Except BCBA = $50.00/hr

Locations:

  • All program classes for grades PK/ Early Elementary expected to take place at Johnson Early Childhood Center.
  • All other program classes and tutoring services will take place at Chapman Middle School.
