Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers / Resident Aides to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for individuals who are calm, attentive, and committed to supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and engaging residential environment.


At Parc Center for Disabilities, our mission is simple but powerful: to help individuals live with dignity, independence, and purpose. Overnight staff play a critical role in ensuring our residents feel secure, cared for, and supported through the night.

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
  • Ensure each individual’s active treatment plan is followed
  • Support residents with positive, engaging activities when appropriate
  • Complete required documentation accurately and timely
  • Maintain proper staffing coverage and communication during the shift
  • Serve as a calm, reassuring presence to residents overnight
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and safety
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred, not required)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and approved behavioral intervention certifications (training provided)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
