Mobile Pet Groomer - High Pay + Total Independence


Join our fast-growing mobile pet grooming team serving Fairfax County, Arlington, and Alexandria, VA, as well as Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. We’re looking for an experienced pet groomer who is ready to thrive in a supportive, groomer-first culture – where you come first.

Please note that only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of professional grooming experience and a valid driver’s license will be considered for this position.

Compensation:

  • The average groomer income per appointment falls between $100 and $110, including commission and 100% of tips

Schedule:

  • 10 hr shifts for 1 to 3 days per week.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of grooming experience (required)
  • Clean, valid driver’s license (required)
  • Mobile grooming experience a plus (but not required!)
  • Can confidently groom all breeds/sizes
  • Strong work ethic + reliability
  • Passion for pets and people
  • Self-starter who enjoys working independently
  • Strong communication and client satisfaction skills
  • Experience using MoeGo a plus
  • Bonus: Cat grooming experience
  • Bonus: Management experience
