Job Description
The Chick-fil-A Delivery role is one of our most important and valued ways to bring the incredible Chick-fil-A brand on the go. In this role, you will be navigating the bustling streets of New York City to deliver our world-class food and guest experience.
Drivers are expected to deliver incredible food with supreme service efficiently and accurately, while keeping safety as a top priority. This role operates between the hours of 11am–11pm, with split time between delivery and in-restaurant operations. Candidates should expect to deliver food in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
In between deliveries, driver duties will include operational support such as Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), and overall restaurant cleanliness.
Please note all duties are not limited to this list:
- Delivering orders in various weather conditions
- Upkeeping and maintaining all delivery equipment
- Assisting with operational tasks for FOH and/or BOH in between deliveries
- Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, equipment, and machinery
- Creating a welcoming environment both in the restaurant and on deliveries
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be trustworthy, hard-working, responsible, energetic, coachable, motivated, punctual, and a team player
- Full-time and Part-time availability between 11am–11pm, Monday–Saturday (closed Sundays)
- Resume must be up to date and accurate; all application questions must be completed
- Must own an Android or Apple smartphone
- Must know how to ride an electric bicycle
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
Role Overview

Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
