CDL A Team Route Driver

Drivers 1st is hiring CDL A Team drivers for a dedicated reefer account based out of Fort Worth, TX. This is a great opportunity for teams seeking high earning potential, consistent miles, and 100% no-touch freight. With flexible home time options and late-model equipment, this position is built around driver satisfaction and stability.
Drivers will haul reefer freight to retail locations with scheduled routes that include nights, weekends, and holidays. Deliveries typically begin early morning with night pickups.

- Pay & Benefits:

• 37–40 CPM base pay per driver
• $1,900 gross average weekly pay per driver
• $98,000 annual average per driver
• $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 after first load, $500 after 1 month)
• Stop pay: $15 per stop after the first
• 100% no-touch freight

- Equipment:

• 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680
• Automatic transmission
• Pedal speed: 68 MPH / Cruise speed: 65 MPH
• APU equipped
• Inverter, Refrigerator, Microwave
• Qualcomm DriverTech with GPS
• Forward-facing event-based cameras
• Collision mitigation technology
• Trucks can be taken home

• Home Time Options:
  • 6 days on / 1 day off
  • 12 days on / 2 days off
  • 25 days on / 3 days off
• Weekly home time
• Average 4,500 miles per week
• Dedicated reefer freight to retail locations
• 0% drop and hook
• 0% live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight

- Minimum Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months OTR experience
