Caregiver FT/PT/PRN - 2PM-10PM

Are you a passionate person who loves bringing enrichment and commitment to the daily lives of the elderly? At Viva Memory Care at Dresher, located in Suburban Philadelphia —you’ll be a helping hand in the overall care of our residents in the place they call home.

What You’ll Do:

• Care –  aid with activities of daily living according to resident’s individualized Care Plan.
• Build – help form community among our resident population.
• Engage – assist with resident participation in activities/other community programming while respecting individual preferences and abilities.
• Collaboration – work with the Director of Nursing / Assistant Director of Nursing to bring life to the community.

 What you bring:

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine interest in working with      seniors. 
• Obtain (or willingness to obtain) Direct Care Staff Certificate.
• Previous experience in a memory care or senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
• Must possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or a GED.
