Job Title: Professional Pet Sitter & Adventure Specialist (Flexible/Part-Time)

The "Molded" Personality We Seek:
The Disciplined Professional: You follow instructions to the letter. You check the Pet Sitter Plus notes before you ask questions. You are proactive, time-sensitive, and detail-oriented.
Technical Care: Providing species-specific care (cleaning enclosures, monitoring heat lamps, preparing specialized diets for birds/reptiles).
The "Adventure" Walk: Leading safe, engaging walks in all Kansas weather conditions (heat, rain, or snow).
Requirements (The Non-Negotiables):
Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable vehicle that can handle city and rural routes in all weather.
Availability: We are a 365-day operation. We have a high need for Evening (3 PM - 11 PM), Weekend, and Holiday availability.

Location: Salina, KS & Surrounding Area
Schedule: Variety of shifts available (6 AM - 11 PM window); heavy focus on Evenings, Weekends, and Holidays.

At Adventures in Pet Sitting, we don’t just "watch dogs." We are professional caretakers for a diverse family of species, including dogs, cats, aquatics, birds, exotics, and farm animals. We are looking for people who are as comfortable checking the PH balance in a reef tank as they are walking a 90lb Golden Retriever or feeding a flock of chickens.

What the Job Actually Looks Like:
Technical Care: Providing species-specific care (cleaning enclosures, monitoring heat lamps, preparing specialized diets for birds/reptiles).
The "Adventure" Walk: Leading safe, engaging walks in all Kansas weather conditions (heat, rain, or snow).
Home Security: Managing client lockboxes, securing entryways, and maintaining property integrity.
Professional Reporting: Using our mobile app to log GPS data, photos, and detailed wellness reports for owners.
Requirements (The Non-Negotiables):
Reliable Transportation: You must have a dependable vehicle that can handle city and rural routes in all weather.
The "Resourceful" Mindset: You use the tools provided (apps, manuals, notes) to solve problems independently.
Communication: High-level communication is our baseline. You must be comfortable with video check-ins and frequent app updates.
Availability: We are a 365-day operation. We have a high need for Evening (3 PM - 11 PM), Weekend, and Holiday availability.
