Pay                       \: HK$19,764 - HK$24,701 per month

Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To assist and perform the environmental cleansing training, prepare related training materials.

2. To assist and conduct the environmental cleanliness monitoring in the hospital.

3. To collect environmental samples in clinical areas and assigned areas.

4. To perform data input, analysis and prepare regular reports.

5. To carry out environmental disinfection as assigned by supervisor .

6. Other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

1. F.5/S.5 or equivalent (see Remarks).

2. Completed structured departmental training (see Remarks).

    

3. Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken.

Preferred Attributes/Exposure:

1. Passes in 5 subjects in HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language; OR 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below\: 

   • Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND

   • Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / "Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in other Language subjects.

      

2. Knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

3. Experience in environment cleaning in hospital.

4. Holding certificate of the Health Care Assistant Course / Care-related Support Worker Course accredited by HA.(see Remarks)

5. Experience in analyzing and maintaining a high volume of data.

6. Able to work independently.

For Serving HA Staff

1. Serving staff with F.3/ S.3 standard and 2 years’ care-related work experience may also be considered.
2. Candidates who have completed the JUMP program organized by Hospital Authority are considered to have attained F.3/S.3 level.
