What You Will Do
Provide academic, career, and personal counseling to prepare eligible high school students for post-secondary education.
Offer tutoring and instructional support to help students navigate academic, social, and personal challenges.
Guide students through college admissions, financial aid, and career planning processes.
Build students’ academic skills and readiness for college-level work.
Provide instruction and support across core subject areas, including math, science, English, and social studies.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated passion for working with educational programs serving disadvantaged youth, particularly low-income and first-generation high school students.
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications recommended.
Valid teaching certification strongly preferred.
