Who We're Looking For
We want dependable, professional, and compassionate caregivers who take pride in making a difference. Whether you’re experienced or just getting started, if you’re motivated and kind—we want you on our team.

What You'll Do

• Help seniors with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support

• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation

• Ensure client safety and comfort at home

• Communicate regularly with our care coordination team

What You’ll Need to Get Started

• Must be 18 years or older

• Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license, and current auto insurance

• Willing to register with the California Home Care Aide Registry

• Willing to complete a TB test, background check, and drug screening

• Drug test must be passed prior to hire

• Caregiving experience is a plus (especially with seniors or dementia)

• CNA license or Alzheimer's/Dementia experience is a bonus—but not required
